Induction: 2023

I began in 2013 as equipment manager and am currently the president.

​

The award recognizes the countless hours of work for the club. So many actions we take as volunteers are often not seen or recognized. A Life Member award acknowledges the tireless hours given to continue to make our fantastic club and community better. Seeing our youth play and have fun is all the reward one requires, but the distinction is truly an honour to receive.

 

There are so many great memories, so here are a few. The coach appreciation nights; board meetings with some of our fantastic volunteer board members (there are too many to mention); watching my sons play and cheering my eldest on to a Provincial Championship; the many friends made on the side of the field watching game and practices; being the emcee for many awards nights. I hope that others have as many fond memories throughout their time in our club. Maybe the best is yet to come!
