The 2012 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying event will take place at BC Place stadium January 19th-29th. This event will feature Canada's National Women's team as well as teams form Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico and USA competing for two berths at the London Olympics. In addition to their well-known striker Christine Sinclair from Burnaby, the Canadian National Team includes 7 other local BC soccer stars; Chelsea Buckland, Karina LeBlanc, Jodi-Ann Robinson, Sophie Schmidt, Brittany Timko, Shannon Woeller and Emily Zurrer. In conjunction with our partners, Soccer Express and Umbro, we are pleased to offer you a fantastic opportunity to see World Class soccer action and to cheer on the "home" team. Through Umbro’s sponsorship of the CSA, they have given Soccer Express the opportunity to provide a special 2 for 1 ticket pricing discount to members of the Port Moody Soccer Club. |

The Club is committed to sharing its accomplishments and each year we provide several awards to recognize individuals and teams who best represent our Club in the soccer community. |

With the weather cooling down, we have introduced a new way to stay warm on the sidelines. In conjunction with Soccer Express we have a limited number of our new Port Moody Soccer Club scarves available for purchase at $25.00 each (including all taxes). To purchase, please contact Ralph Luongo to make arrangements. Payment may be made by cash or cheque made payable to the Port Moody Soccer Club. |

2011-2012 High Performance Centre

The High Performance Centre focuses on player development for boys and girls in the U8-U14 age groups. This season-long program is designed for self-motivated, determined and committed players to achieve an advanced level of technical skills. These sessions will match like-skilled players for intensive and personal training with our coaches to achieve rapid development of skill. The program focus is, above all, on individual player development with access to professional, qualified staff through Coerver Coaching BC. The High Performance Centre is in addition to team practice and gives players the guarantee that they have the repetitions they need for their own development. |
