ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
The Port Moody SC Academy Program is designed for players ages U6–U13 who are looking to further develop their technical skills, confidence, and love for the game in a fun, positive, and challenging environment.
The Academy provides additional training opportunities focused on individual player development through age-appropriate sessions led by qualified Port Moody SC staff coaches. Sessions are designed to complement team training and support players at all stages of their soccer journey.

As a proud Canada Soccer National Youth Club Licence holder and BCSPL club, Port Moody Soccer Club is committed to providing a development-focused environment that prioritizes long-term player growth, enjoyment, and participation.
The Academy curriculum emphasizes:
Ball mastery and technical development
Confidence in 1v1 situations
Passing and receiving techniques
Speed, agility, coordination, and movement
Game awareness and decision making
Creativity, teamwork, and love of the game
Our goal is to help players build technical / tactical skills while fostering passion, confidence, and lifelong enjoyment of soccer. The program also helps prepare players for future opportunities within the Port Moody SC long term player pathway, including development and high-performance programming, including BCSPL.
