We hope you are enjoying the soccer season so far. As we head into the final few weeks before the winter break, it is time for our annual PMSC Raffle. Our yearly club raffle is a fantastic opportunity to support the club while allowing you to win fabulous prizes!
This year marks the first year we hold an electronic raffle (although the final draw will be in person). Our title Sponsors, Port Moody Open Road Mazda, Port Moody Open Road Toyota, and Port Moody Open Road Lexus, have very generously donated the main prize again.
When 'Order Tickets' is clicked, the question "Which player are you supporting?" is at the bottom of the page. Each player's name at our club is in the drop-down menu, in age group order. If you forward the link to someone, please have them ensure they select your child when purchasing tickets, as there are prizes for the players who sell the most tickets. At the bottom of this message are some prizes for the players who sell the most or a certain amount. We suggest each player try and sell ten tickets.

As our club continues to grow at rapid pace, our primary goal of the Annual Raffle remains to help us keep the registration costs down for our players. The raffle further allows us to invest in new equipment, keep soccer balls new and high quality, provide high level volunteer coach support and development opportunities, and support facility improvements. Your participation in the raffle benefits all club members. It ensures that our club can continue to provide a high-quality soccer experiences and programming for each member, from Under 2 to Over 45 years of age, and from recreational to elite level, while keeping the registration costs down.
Purchasing raffle tickets allows us to allocate more resources toward improving our sporting facilities, organizing exciting events, and enhancing our programs.
In the past year, we have had many community events. We have started the Port Moody SC in-club financial support program for our members. At the same time, we have increased the amount of support provided on the field for our volunteer coaches to what we are proud to say, unmatched levels, which benefits our coaches and our players. The club regularly uses 2 VEO cameras to record all our U8-U18 team's games so that we can provide them with Long Term Player Development. We have purchased new and additional goals and are purchasing many more as the new Inlet Turf is due to open in just over a month. The club is entering the BCSPL league this season, and we are proud to offer our members opportunities to play at all levels, from Recreational to the highest level possible in BC, the BCSPL. Our Pacific Coast Soccer League teams provide opportunities for many of our graduating players to be scouted by universities and to help them obtain scholarships.
So many brilliant and exciting things are happening at our club, and we are very grateful for having you as members. We want to thank all our incredible supporters and sponsors. As you will see, there are many fantastic prizes in the raffle.
