As we head into the final weekend of games prior to the Winter Holidays, we wanted to take a moment and reflect on what a successful and incredible year it has been for the club. We are grateful to all our members for contributing to the spirit and success of our amazing soccer club.
Throughout the year, PMSC welcomed some very qualified staff coaches to our already remarkable Technical Staff. Through their excellent work with all our players, our staff was expertly able to support our terrific volunteer coaches. Our players continue to thrive, learn, and develop, in our FUN and safe environment, while enjoying playing the sport with their friends.

The last weekend of games before the winter break is December 16th / 17th.
Spring Season Registration opens on January 2nd, 2024
Team practices will resume after the Holidays, the week of January 8th, and the first weekend of games post-Winter Break will be January 13th/ 14th.
The PMSC Monday Academy will resume on Monday, January 15th.
PMSC Adaptive Program Winter Program starts on January 12th.
PMSC Futsal Program starts on January 12th at the Aspenwood Elementary School.
On Monday, December 18th we want to invite you to our Trasolini Field and watch the performance by Port Moody SC’s own Tyler Shaw on CPKC Holiday Train. Tyler is performing from the train, on Monday from 5:45-6:15pm.
Tyler is top Canadian Singer, who used to play for Port Moody SC growing up. He was nominated for Juno Award for Fan Choice Award and for Adult Contemporary Album of the year this past year. Previously he was nominated for Pop Album of the Year in 2019. 2 years ago, in collaboration with the club, Tyler has established the Annual Tyler Shaw bursary for Graduating Port Moody SC male and female players.

In addition to providing the best Long Term Player Development opportunities and environment for our players, our Technical Team put on many engaging coach courses, workshops, and learning experiences, for our coaches which ultimately further help improve our player and coach experiences. As a result of many of these things we have implemented as a club, we have seen and continue to see significant, record growth of our club.

Looking Ahead to 2024: Get ready for an exciting winter and Spring! Our coaching staff is excited to keep bringing you engaging and developmental training sessions designed to keep our players engaged and having fun on the field.
Spring Season is just around the corner, and registration for the Spring Season (April to June) will open on January 2nd. The club has decided to push the registration opening to after the Holidays. The Early Bird will be from January 2nd to January 31st. Register during the Early Bird Price for the savings and register early to guarantee spots.
As we look ahead to 2024, our club is proud to be starting the BCSPL program in addition to all the other fantastic programs we currently offer. The Port Moody Soccer Club is proud to have achieved Canada Soccer National Club License standards with our performances on and off the field. As a result of all the tremendous work, we have been invited to join the highest level of BC and Canada Club Soccer. It is an enormous achievement and accomplishment for our club and our soccer community!
Inlet Turf Field: Inlet Turf Field is in the final stages of completion, and all of the turf has been laid down over the past weeks. We expect our teams to play on the new turf field at some point in January, but we cannot confirm at this point if it will be on January 8th or slightly later. The new Inlet Field Turf is beautiful and will have 2 playgrounds next to it and a short walk to Rocky Point Park. This 3rd Turf Field will provide our teams and players more space for practice and allow us to move our games away from grass to turf.
Next to the new Inlet Turf Field will be the beautiful new, multi-million dollar, multi-storey clubhouse overlooking the field. We are expecting the ground to break in 2024 with Inlet clubhouse project underway.
There is so much to look forward to, with great excitement in the New 2024 and so many impressive accomplishments to look back on and reflect on in 2023.

PMSC Club Raffle: Please share the link and support our Annual Club Raffle for the opportunity to win fabulous prizes and support our club and players. The raffle is used to keep our registration fees down, to purchase and re-stock new high-quality equipment, invest in new infrastructure (such as covered benches at Heritage Woods turf field), and support families who cannot afford the registration. PMSC is proud to be barrier free soccer club. Our goal is to raise $40,000 through the Raffle. We are currently at $8,000. The draw will be made at our PMSC Annual Awards night. Click on the link to see the prizes. There are also many wonderful incentive prizes for the players who sell certain amount of tickets.
