    The Port Moody Soccer Club has partnered with Strive Health and Performance and Complete Concussion Management™ (CCMI), a leading concussion research group, which involves a network of clinics across Canada with specialized training and certification in the diagnosis, management, and rehabilitation of concussions.We recognize that the improper management of concussions can result in potentially permanent or fatal outcomes.  For more information we urge you to please read our Proposed Concussion Policy above and to please visit the Strive Health Website.
