Team Photo Info - 2018
Please read the following email concerning this year's Photo Day, as the process has changed from previous years.
Photo Days: Saturday, September 29th and Sunday, September 30th
Location: Heritage Woods Secondary School (North Shore Turf), on the grass area at the top of the hill, near the basketball courts.
Please Note - *Parking on that day will be very busy, as there will still be games taking place, and many teams will be arriving/leaving for their photos. Please arrive early enough to find parking, and be on time for your photos. In the event of severe rain, the location will be moved to a covered area at the front of the school. If it is raining slightly, photos continue on the grass area. Watch for the crowd.
Ordering Photos: Every player will receive an individual and team photo as part of their registration with PMSC. Photo order forms will be available to pick up prior to Photo Day. (time and location TBD). Information on ordering additional photos will also be provided prior to Photo Day.
What to wear:
Coaches: All Coaches should wear their PMSC Coaches' jacket. If you do not have one, a jacket will be provided for you to borrow just for the photo. You must return the jacket after your team's photo is finished so that we can pass it on to the next Coach to borrow.
Players: All players should wear their complete uniform kit including jerseys (tucked in!), shorts, socks,
NEW** Photo Times: This year we will be changing to an online sign-up format.
Beginning on Friday, September 21st at 8:00 p.m., Coaches will be sent a link to the photo sign-up page, which will be listed according to day/time.
Photo times will start at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 29th and Sunday, September 30th and end at 3:30 p.m. each day. Every team will have approximately 8 minutes to file through for individual and team photos.
If you need to change your time once you have booked it: 1. Book your second-time slot 2. Send an email to email@example.com asking to cancel your first time. You cannot simply cancel your first time and rebook a second time on your own!
Please confirm with your team prior to booking your photo time. Changes to booked times will be allowed, however, too many changes become confusing for everyone, so try to choose a time that best suits your team. Obviously, if you are playing a game that weekend, you want to book your time to fit in around that. Oftentimes teams will try to arrive for photos before their game, while they still look neat and tidy, rather than afterward when everyone is sweaty and muddy.
