I want to be a referee, how do I become a BC Soccer Certified and Registered Referee?

There are 2 types of referees. To be eligible to become a minis referee who officiates mini games only (U9 - U10 ages), you must have turned 12 by September 1st, 2016.

The entry level referee (U11 - U12 ages) must have turned 14 by September 1st, 2016. Entry level refs can referee both mini and youth games, and you may be assigned more than 1 game per weekend. Referees may only referee youth games where their calendar age is at least 2 years greater than the age division of the game in question, with the approval and assessment of the Referee-In-Chief.
