2012 Spring League Registration Open

The Port Moody Soccer Club is pleased to host its second Spring League this year. The Spring League gives boys and girls teams at the U9-U10 Development and U11-U12 Select levels an opportunity to continue to develop their skills throughout the spring. Giving them an edge in the upcoming 2012-2013 season. Note that the divisions are based on the 2012-2013 age groups. The league is similar to a tournament with team registration versus individual player registration, but it runs for 10 weeks and includes its own specialized uniforms. |

KidSport Tri-Cities Spring Used Equipment Sale

The KidSport Fund is administered by Sport BC and its mission is to overcome the financial obstacles that prevent some young people from playing sport "So All Kids Can Play". Each year the KidSport Tri-Cities branch provides grants to enable 20-25 kids to be able to play with Port Moody Soccer Club teams. One of their fund raising efforts is the annual Used Equipment Sale. This year it will take place on February 18th at Riverside Secondary School in Port Coquitlam. |

The Port Moody Soccer Club values, recognizes, and celebrates the community service and volunteer contributions of its players, coaches and volunteers. The Club is committed to sharing its accomplishments and each year we provide several awards to recognize individuals and teams who best represent our Club in the soccer community. |

With the weather cooling down, we have introduced a new way to stay warm on the sidelines. In conjunction with Soccer Express we have a limited number of our new Port Moody Soccer Club scarves available for purchase at $25.00 each (including all taxes). To purchase, please contact Ralph Luongo to make arrangements. Payment may be made by cash or cheque made payable to the Port Moody Soccer Club. |

2011-2012 High Performance Centre

The High Performance Centre focuses on player development for boys and girls in the U8-U14 age groups. This season-long program is designed for self-motivated, determined and committed players to achieve an advanced level of technical skills. These sessions will match like-skilled players for intensive and personal training with our coaches to achieve rapid development of skill. The program focus is, above all, on individual player development with access to professional, qualified staff through Coerver Coaching BC. The High Performance Centre is in addition to team practice and gives players the guarantee that they have the repetitions they need for their own development. |
