For the 2011-2012 season we are once again utilizing 100% online registration. Our online registration system is set up to accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or mail-in cheque.

When paying by cheque, you must include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email. Make cheque payable to Port Moody Soccer Club and mail to the address at the bottom of this page. A service charge of $15.00 will be charged for all N.S.F. cheques.

All players purchase their own uniform as part of the registration fee.

All new players joining the club for the first time must provide Proof of Birth Date to complete their registration. Please mail a copy of either a Birth Certificate, Passport, Citizenship Card or Sworn Affidavit to the address at the bottom of this page. Care Cards are not acceptable.

Players who are under 19 years of age must also submit a completed BCSA Parental Liability Acknowledgement form signed by a parent or legal guardian. To obtain a copy of this form click here.  Please mail to the address shown below.

All registrations are considered incomplete until the payment and proof of birth date and parental consent (if required) are received.

Registration is by team and only open to those players who have been confirmed by the respective coach or team manager. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO A TEAM.

We are using the same provider for our online registration service as the past three seasons. All online user accounts set up when players registered are still active. Please read whichever section applies:

Previously registered online with Port Moody Soccer Club:

The registration process for returning players should be much quicker as the information entered last year will simply have to be verified and not completely re-entered. Please note: Players who previously registered only as Youth players will most likely be registered under their parents online account and can also be registered as an Adult player from that online account. Alternatively the Adult player may create their own personal account.

To take advantage of this time-saving feature, you must enter the online registration system as a Returning User and provide the username and password you set up when you registered for your previous season.  The username for your online account will be the email address you supplied when registering. If you do not know your username please email the Registrar and request the username for the players who you would like to register. If you have forgotten your password there will be an option to change it from the login page. The system will send an email to the email address used as your username. The password change takes about 5 to 10 minutes to get processed so you may have to log out, close your browser and try again.

Did not register with Port Moody Soccer Club last season:

If you did not register as a player with the Port Moody Soccer Club for either of the past three seasons you must enter the online registration system as a New User. When you are finished registering all players you will be asked to provide an email address which will become your username and a password for your online account.

Please read the instructions below and click on the Register Now! button to access the online registration system.

Registration instructions:

The online registration system involves 8 steps (pages) as outlined below. Required information is indicated by a red asterisk on each web page. Please make sure you complete all fields correctly before clicking on the Continue>> button to advance to the next page. Please ensure you complete all steps up to printing the confirmation. If you have been successful you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not, please email the details to registrar@portmoodysoccer.com right away.

• Login:   Allows access to the system as either a Existing User or a New User. See above for more details.

• Select Player:   For Existing Users allows selection between players already in your account. For New Users select the Add a New Player option.

• Player Information:   Enter or verify all required and applicable information. A valid Email address is required.

• Emergency Contact Information:   Enter and verify all required and applicable information.

• Select Team:   Select the team you have been assigned to.

• Cart:   1) Confirm the items currently in your "shopping cart". 2) To add another Adult player registration select an existing player or the Add a New Player from the pull-down and click Register to loop back to the Player Information page. 3) When complete click the Checkout button.

• Checkout:   1) New Users must create an online account. 2) Provide or verify billing information. 3) Select payment option. First select the Pay Online or Pay by Cheque option. If paying online select the Credit Card option and enter card details. 4) Read and accept the Refund Policy and Waiver. 5) Click on Continue>> button to complete the registration.

• Confirmation:   Please print out a copy of your confirmation for your records and one to include with your payment if paying by cheque.

Verifying account information:

Once you have created an online account and/or registered, you can log back into the system to view the status of your account, make changes or make a payment. Please note that you cannot enter a new registration through this login - use the Register Now! button above.
