For the 2008-2009 season we are once again utilizing 100% online registration. However, we are using a new system this year and unfortunately the player information and accounts from the previous system could not be carried over. For those without internet access at home or work, the Port Moody Public Library offers free online access.
All players will purchase their own uniform as part of the registration fee. This method alleviates a number of logistical problems and removes concerns about the reuse of clothing. As an added bonus, it eliminates that dreaded uniform deposit cheque!
Our registration system is set up to accept online payment by Visa, MasterCard or America Express. You may also opt to complete your payment via cheque or cash. When paying by cheque or cash please include a copy of your confirmation invoice from the online system. Make cheques payable to Port Moody Soccer Club. A service charge of $15.00 will be charged for all N.S.F. cheques.
Please check with your coach for the preferred method of payment. Some coaches will arrange to collect payment for their teams and submit them to the club as a complete package. Other coaches may prefer to have payments processed online or mailed directly to the club. If sending payment to the club please mail cheques (do not mail cash) to the address indicated below. All payments must be received by September 30, 2008.
All new players joining the club for the first time must provide Proof of Birth Date to complete their registration. Please mail a copy of either a Birth Certificate, Passport, Citizenship Card or Sworn Affidavit to the address shown below. Care Cards are not acceptable.
Players who are under 19 years of age must also submit a completed BCSA Parental Liability Acknowledgement form signed by a parent or legal guardian. To obtain a copy of this form click here. Please mail to the address shown below.
All registrations are considered incomplete until the payment and proof of birth date and parental consent (if required) are received.

Online Registration: (top)
Registration is by team and only open to those players who have been confirmed by the respective coach or team manager. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO A TEAM.
We are using a new provider for our online registration service this year. This system involves 8 steps (pages) as outlined below. Required information on each page is indicated by a red asterisk. Please make sure you complete all fields on an page correctly before clicking on the Continue>> button to advance to the next page. You must complete all steps up to printing your confirmation in order to be registered.
Login: Allows access to the system as either an Existing Account or a New Account. Only parents who have registered a youth player for the 2008-2009 season will have existing accounts.
Select Player: Only for those with an Existing Account. Select the Add a New Participant option to register a new adult player.
Player Information: Enter and verify all required and applicable information. Team options will be based on the information entered. A valid Email address is required. If you do not have access to an email address you may use info@portmoodysoccer.com and we will mail you information that would normally be emailed.
Emergency Contact Information: Enter and verify all required and applicable information.
Team Selection: Select the team you have been assigned to.
Cart: 1) Confirm the items currently in your "shopping cart". 2) To add another sibling select Add a New Player from pull-down and click Go to loop back to the Player Information page. 3) When complete click the Checkout button.
Checkout: 1) Create an online account if a new user. 2) Provide or confirm billing information. 3) Select payment option as either Online or Cheque or Cash. If paying online select Credit Card and enter card information. 4) Read and accept the Refund Policy and Waiver.
Confirmation: Please print out a copy of your confirmation for your records and one to include with your payment if paying by cheque.

Once you have created an online account you can log back into the system to view the status of your account, make changes or to register another player.

Refund Policy: (top)
If a player voluntarily resigns before the end of the season, a partial refund will be provided. The amount of the refund will depend on when the request is received and if a Family Discount rebate was provided. All refunds are subject to a $15.00 administration charge. All refund requests received after a uniform has been issued are subject to a further $25.00 charge. The remaining amount of the registration fee, less any rebate, will be prorated based on the percentage of the season that is remaining.
In order to receive a refund, a written request must be submitted to the following address. Coaches are not authorized to issue refunds.
