Registration is by team and only open to those players who have been confirmed by the respective coach or team manager. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED TO A TEAM.

We are using a new provider for our online registration service this year. This system involves 8 steps (pages) as outlined below. Required information on each page is indicated by a red asterisk. Please make sure you complete all fields on an page correctly before clicking on the Continue>> button to advance to the next page. You must complete all steps up to printing your confirmation in order to be registered.

If you have problems using the online registration system, please email the details to registrar@portmoodysoccer.com as soon as possible.

Once you have created an online account you can log back into the system to view the status of your account, make changes or to register another player.

If you are need to provide either of the following:
  • proof of birth date
  • parental consent
  • payment cheque (include copy of online invoice)
  • please mail (no drop-off accepted) the completed package to:

    Refund Policy:    (top)

    If a player voluntarily resigns before the end of the season, a partial refund will be provided. The amount of the refund will depend on when the request is received and if a Family Discount rebate was provided. All refunds are subject to a $15.00 administration charge. All refund requests received after a uniform has been issued are subject to a further $25.00 charge. The remaining amount of the registration fee, less any rebate, will be prorated based on the percentage of the season that is remaining.

    In order to receive a refund, a written request must be submitted to the following address. Coaches are not authorized to issue refunds.
